Welcome to InstantRepair (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). InstantRepair is owned and operated by PlazSoft LLC, located at 510 Old Venice Rd., Osprey, FL 34229, USA. By downloading, accessing, or using InstantRepair, you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About InstantRepair

InstantRepair uses artificial intelligence technology, including services provided by OpenAI (the “AI Service”), to assist users with repair guidance and troubleshooting.

⚠️ Important Notice: The AI may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You should not rely solely on outputs from InstantRepair. Always use your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with parental or guardian supervision.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Generate or share harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services.
  • Circumvent usage limits, safety systems, or security features.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the App.

4. AI Disclaimers

  • No Professional Advice: Outputs from InstantRepair are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional repair, safety, or legal advice.
  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI responses may be incorrect, outdated, or unsafe. Always confirm information before acting on it.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the App’s output.

5. User Submissions & Third-Party Services

  • You may choose to submit your personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) through the App in order to receive follow-up assistance from a real technician.
  • By submitting this information, you consent to us storing your information and sharing it with trusted third-party service providers, including but not limited to Jeff Computers, ConnectWise, MailChimp, and other authorized partners, for the purpose of fulfilling your request and tracking service tickets.
  • Your use of these third-party services may also be governed by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, which we encourage you to review.
  • By using InstantRepair, you agree to our Privacy Policy (https://instantrepair.pro/privacy-policy/) and acknowledge that third-party providers may apply their own policies to your data.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using InstantRepair, you agree that:

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, USA.
